First Workplaces will open flexible offices on Calle Larios in June.

The company First Workplaces, specialized in the office and coworking market in Spain, announced this Thursday the opening of a new flexible office space in Malaga of 1,300 square meters. The company will open this space next June at number 4, Calle Larios, where companies such as Garrigues, Booking, Neinor Homes, Kronos and Arriaga Asociados are already located. The firm is committed to "the creation of work spaces and personalized functional services for companies looking for an environment in which to develop their activity".

‍

‍

The property is owned by Salsa Patrimonio (Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios) and has more than 8,900 square metres of Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of modern offices, premises and housing for rent. In addition, the asset has been marketed exclusively by Savills Aguirre Newman since 2017.

‍

"Malaga is a great bet on business growth in Andalusia. Its unemployment rate has fallen by 8.2% and its economic activity has registered a year-on-year growth of 2.8% up to the second quarter of 2019. Therefore, we have arrived at an optimal time for the opening of a new coworking and flex office space, in which companies will have a place to develop their activity with flexibility and comfort," said the head of First Workplaces.

‍

‍

First Workplaces will offer "flexible and efficient workspaces, without the need for initial investment or long-term commitments that condition the development of business". The clients have among the offer executive offices, custom offices for large teams, different types of meeting rooms, phone-booths, plug & work areas, dining room or tea-points.

‍

‍

The company highlights that the building has obtained the BREEAM®ES En-Uso sustainable certification, which makes it the first and so far the only BREEAM® office building in Andalusia.

‍

‍

With this commitment, First Workplaces continues its growth at a national level and by 2020 will have a presence in four Spanish cities, already reaching 30,000 square meters in prime locations in Madrid, Barcelona, now in Malaga and soon in Valencia.

‍

‍

The company, which closed the 2018 fiscal year with a turnover of 4 million euros (a 36% increase over the previous year), has changed the traditional vision of workspaces, moving from focusing solely on the real estate field to the orientation and development of quality, flexible and personalized services.
