Sherpa Capital, a private equity fund, has closed the acquisition of 100% of the Navarre-based company NCA (Navarra de Colorantes y Aditivos).The transaction has been carried out within the framework of Sherpa Capital’s project that intends to realise a pan-European “buy and build” in the sector of masterbatches and plastic additives manufacturing, and which the firm has initiated in the middle of last year, 2016, with the acquisition of Galloplast.
Following this transaction, the group, comprised of Galloplast, Vanoplast and NCA, will have a turnover of more than € 45 million in 2018, which places it as one of the major players in its sector.
Founded in 2003, NCA has extensive experience in the development of colour concentrates and additives for the plastics industry.NCA offers customised and innovative colour solutions and additives for the manufacturing of masterbatches.
